Welcome to the Destination Organic Limited online shop. Destination Organic Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated company and is registered with the New Zealand Companies Office.

The service provided by Destination Organic Limited is intended to provide a safe, convenient and easy online shopping environment.

Some fruit and vegetables are subject to availability and seasonal fluctuation, therefore some products may change slightly from the published prices. All our prices are including GST.

1. User Security

We give you the opportunity to store your details for future use once you have completed checkout. If you do choose to save your password please keep this information safe.

2. Accepted Payment & Payment Security

The Destination Organic Limited online shop accepts Credit Cards only (VISA & Mastercard).

Credit Card transactions are processed securely through DPS (Payment Express). All information such as Credit Card details, email and postal addresses being sent to and from your web browser are securely encrypted by a 256-bit SSL Certificate issued by GeoTrust.

We do not keep your Credit Card details on file, please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

3. Refund and Returns policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us or please return goods in their original condition and packaging, within 3 days of receipt. The full purchase price, excluding packaging and delivery cost, will be credited or refunded.

4. Delivery terms

All our products are sent by courier and delivery usually takes less than 3 working days within the Sth Island, please allow 2-4 working days to the North Island.

Any orders placed between 5pm Friday to Sunday will not be processed until Monday.
